Teaming with Ronnie Swyers is about the best move I've ever made in racing. He knows how to race, and knows how to work. He began racing in high school, doing it all himself. He was a showroom stock champion in his Camaro, has managed a professional Star Mazda open-wheel team, and been a crew chief for one of the best teams in the country.
When he took off the nose of our Mustang to repair some damage from the last race, where we had to nudge a Nissan out of the way, he made a little improvement: new vents in the bumper to take in air for the oil cooler he added. Aren't they pretty?
By the way, those are our new used Craigslist 17-inch wheels, to go around the new Craigslist big brake rotors. The tires on the right are our new BFG Radial TA's. We're looking forward to feeling their grip!
