Team Fast Guys Rich Guys and Idiots

We had a tweaked front end to fix, after the Portland race. Somebody got in my way, going into Turn 7 that leads onto the backstraight. Our Mustang 302 did not like to be held up, at the entrance to the backstraight, where it zoomed past them all. Even with 4 hours in the rain, which the Mustang liked even less, we finished second by 20 seconds, at the finish of the 7-hour race with 55 starters.

Ronnie has been busy for the last 3 weeks making the car stronger and faster for the next race. Brakes and transmission, mostly. Now he has the front end to fix.

I like this picture. Looks like a racecar, doesn't it.
